Carli A. Marsh, Esq.

Carli A. Marsh Esq. is a skilled trial attorney who is passionate and aggressive in her representation in the courtroom. Carli started her career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office handling misdemeanor cases and quickly climbed the ladder to become a division lead handling First-Degree Felonies to include armed trafficking in illegal narcotics, attempted murders and other violent crimes. In her time as an Assistant State Attorney, Carli gained substantial litigation experience, having tried over 50 jury and bench trials. Additionally, she has drafted, researched, and litigated numerous pretrial motions involving a variety of legal issues in a broad range of criminal matters. As a trial lawyer, Carli has developed a reputation for being a skilled litigator who is not afraid to take on even the most challenging cases. Carli has a deep understanding of the trial process ranging from jury selection to litigation strategy, making her able to navigate complex legal issues with ease. Carli’s practice is focused on Family Law (Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Paternity, Alimony, etc.) and Criminal Defense.
