Jamie Davis, Esq.

Jamie Segal Davis has dedicated her practice to complex family litigation and mediation of issues including divorce, custody, child support, alimony and equitable distribution.

Ms. Davis is a Supreme Court Certified Mediator and her role as a mediator naturally lends itself to finding a delicate balance between the compassion and zealous advocacy necessary to bring successful resolutions to her clients’ cases. Recognizing that not “one size fits all,” Ms. Davis looks to creative problem-solving in order to address issues that face her clients.

Ms. Davis graduated cum laude from the University of Miami with a B.S.C. in journalism, and from the University of Miami Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 2002.

Ms. Davis has been active in the local civic, charitable and legal communities. Ms. Davis has served as President of the Miami Beach Bar Association. Additionally, Ms. Davis has been involved with and was responsible for the charitable work of the Miami Beach Bar Association, raising thousands of dollars each year for the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation and Ayuda, Inc. She is also active with Ghost Light Society, the young professional arm of the Broward Center for Performing Arts that hosts the largest arts in education program in the entire country.  Ms. Davis resides in Boca Raton with her husband and two children.
